UBS started a campaign where they asked a simple, but profound question of business owners.  We called them 'Life Questions'.  The questions revolved around things like 'What are your family values?' or 'Is my business growing fast enough?' or 'Will I be missed when I step back?'  We selected two business owners and asked them these questions.  One was Liz Wessel in New York and the other was the Lamborghini family in Italy.
